Senior Accountant need 2 people Location - Boca Raton, FL Salary
$80K to $90K plus full benefits Senior Accountant for their Boca
Raton office, the ideal candidate will take the lead, have
logistics and or retail experience, multi-state and multi-unit
experience. Duties: Take the lead, close the books, looking to
grow, strong eyes and ears, 6 people in dept. Reporting to
Accounting Manager. Manage and oversee accounting for U.S.
Compliance, GL, AP, Payroll, and intercompany transactions. Prepare
monthly U.S. financial statements and quarterly consolidated
financials. Invoices in JD Edwards. Review and/or prepare journal
entries and account reconciliations in support of monthly and
quarterly close process. Reconcile/review bank statements and
reconciliations on monthly basis. Bachelor’s degree, CPA a plus. 5
years' relevant industry experience. Knowledge of ADP payroll
software, QuickBooks Online and with consolidations and accounting
for multiple units.
